Most capable suppliers do not lose because they cannot do the work. They lose because their proof is scattered, the compliance matrix takes too long, and the first draft starts when the team should already be reviewing.

Syndie Bobeechun
Founder, Doreva Pty LtdSyndie founded Doreva in March 2024 to close the gap between what Australian businesses can deliver and what makes it into the tender response under deadline pressure.
Before Doreva, she spent a decade across development and marketing for Australian trade, e-commerce and industrial businesses: a growth marketer who works the whole stack, from Photoshop to coding websites, databases and apps.
Along the way she watched tender deadlines pull whole companies off their real work, and she saw what one won contract can do for a small business. So she built Doreva so one person, or a whole bid team, can carry a response from RFT to submission-ready.
